Parents tend to agree with this statement as well when it comes to the most challenging aspect of their child’s day. Daily teachers and parents can cite incidents from children feeling left out to bullying and aggressive behavior. The problem begins as early as pre-school and continues to high school. We can provide an introductory to conflict resolution providing your faculty and staff with basic conflict management knowledge and resolution techniques. This basic knowledge would enable them to address conflict as it occurs on an individual incident basis.
We offer a direct classroom application of conflict resolution for everyday interactions and potentially the curricula. This option is for the faculty and staff. There is also a comprehensive training program designed to first educate the faculty and staff, second help them identify what would be the best practice of conflict resolution for the school, as a whole. Lastly, educating and training the students to engage actively in conflict resolution is an option too.
Programs are designed to be both introductory and progressive in terms of education and training about conflict resolution and implementation of techniques into your schools. Workshops and trainings can be conducted at the location of your choice. We do feel that the best environment for learning is the very environment you are trying to improve. All education and support materials are included. The training programs have an additional component, post-education follow-up and support during the school year.
