In House Mediator
In-House Mediator (IHM) is a program offered by Boston Chase Mediation Group to assist companies of every size by providing a professional mediator who serves as an impartial dispute resolution practitioner. The IHM delivers independent, confidential, and neutral assistance for organizational challenges experienced both internally and externally.
The IHM will perform an initial Diagnostic Conflict Assessment to determine the level of conflict in the organization. Based upon this evaluation, the IHM will outline conflict resolution strategies to address the challenges identified. Throughout the duration of the program, Boston Chase Mediation Group will provide mediation services, conflict coaching, training and workshops as needed with the goal of reducing or eliminating conflict in the organization.

Conflict Coaching
Conflict Coaching is an opportunity for an individual to problem solve on an individual basis with a qualified mediator or conflict resolutions specialist.
Conflict Coaching is often used when one person is in a dispute with another (or several) individuals, but those individuals are not willing to come to the mediation table to work through the dispute. Conflict Coaching helps the individual assess where they are at in the conflict and the approaches needed to move all parties closer to resolution or mediation. The mediator helps you develop a conflict resolution road and assists you with implementing each step towards resolution.
